I have a nice sized monster high collection...but sometimes I get frustrated that they don't sell more of the clothes and shoes separate (I have the day at the maul pack and all 4 scream uniform packs). I realize they're releasing more fashion packs (such as the club outfits) but sometimes I don't like the style or quality and want something different.

I have read things on shoes that fit monster high dolls, but they are very limited and sometimes not very correct (For example: I have not found any liv doll shoes that fit monster high dolls).

So here we go...
On shoes for monster high dolls:

1/16 Blythe doll shoes can fit MH dolls as long as they're not tall like boots; they are created for dolls with flat feet whereas MH dolls have angled feet. (I bought a white and black pair of tennis shoes, they are adorable but the doll cannot stand in them)

Winx doll club boots are not quite long enough in the foot, but look good for frontal displaying (MH doll's heels poke out the back, but not as much as Barbie boots.)

Moxie teenz shoes fit loosely on MH dolls; they are usually at the correct angle (heeled shoes) and look pretty good. (I haven't tried the boots though.)

Some older Barbie type doll tennis shoes and boots (the cheap plastic type that often came on Barbie or Bratz looking knock offs) fit loosely but are usually not angled correctly for the MH doll to stand.

I hear rumors that Barbie Stardoll shoes and the old Spice girl doll boots fit them but I haven't tried either yet. (I ordered a pair of spice girl boots which should arrive before Christmas.)

That's all I've got on shoes for now.

Clothes for monster high dolls:

It is pretty much widely known now that Bratz clothes fit MH dolls. The only issues are length in skirts sometimes (those really short ones ride up on MH dolls), low cut shirts and tanks (some shirts, especially low cut ones just don't quite fit and tanks tend to be too loose, but if you add a jacket it looks better), and tight pants (the loose ones barely fit over MH doll behinds generally, but good luck getting one in a pair of tight jeans and keeping them closed).

Moxie girlz clothes fit loosely on MH dolls. They're good for PJs or lounge wear or altering.

Barbie and Liv clothes are just too big without alterations; although some of the Kelly (Barbie's little sister) shirts and dresses can fit they look cute but childish

Winx club doll clothing is snug and a little short but really cute

Disney Fairies doll clothing fits pretty good (a little bit of a tight fit like some Bratz pants) and are cute.

I've heard rumors that Disney VIP doll clothing fit MH dolls but have yet confirmed, it as well as Pullip, Blythe, and Dal doll clothes

As much as I'd like to try all the clothes that are rumored to fit the dolls, I am looking for alternative clothes to also fit my budget. Being that MH clothes packs are generally between $8-16 I wanted other clothing that closely matches that price per outfit.

Bratz clothes outfit packs are usually around $6

Moxie girlz outfit packs are about $5-20

Disney Fairies outfit packs are about $10

Disney VIP outfit packs with 2 outfits are around $13

1/16 Blythe doll shoes are generally $5 and up per pair

Moxie teenz shoes are about $8-20 a pair

Barbie Stardoll shoes $15 for 2 pair of shoes and clothes

Spice girl doll boots, Winx doll club outfits and boots, as well as Older Barbie type doll tennis shoes and boots range greatly as they have been discontinued

That's all for now.

Thank! Have you tried Ever After High doll clothes on them? I heard they fit loosely.

newer Winx shoes can fit Howleen. I have a pair of Winx shoes in pink that came as one of their "Speedix" packs for $2 (clearance at WM) and while they are a little tight, they DO fit MH. Liv shoes for the most part will also work, I use them all the time. Some people boil Liv shoes to get them to fit, never tried that...

Also, I have altered some Barbie outfits to fit MH...I have a dress I got for I think $3...I cut off the excess in back, adjusted the top strap & applied new velcros. I always try to find cheap Barbie clothes that can be easily altered.

Moxie teenz shoes are easy to find in my area they're just expensive and vary from a bit big to oversized.

Moxie shoes seem to fit monster high. They are just hard to find.
